Our lesson delivery system automatically gives you access to new units (new lesson videos) 1-2 weeks apart. Some units are two weeks long by design because they contain a lot of material to absorb. If you try to access a unit to which you have not yet been granted access, the system will tell you that you don't have access to it yet.
You probably have not waited enough time for the system to "upgrade" you. If you believe you have waited long enough, send a request for help to support@reddesertviolin.com.
Cancelling your membership is easy. Just find the most recent email receipt from our payment processor, ClickBank. Click on the customer service links in that email, and from there you'll find the buttons to cancel. If you prefer, or do not have a receipt, you can also call ClickBank at 800-390-6035. You'll need your order number from the receipt or your email address.
